Francis has extensive experience in strategic and operational consulting, built around substantial practical involvement in starting and running businesses:

• > Co-founder and former Partner of Armstrong Transaction Services, a leading mid-market Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and commercial advisory firm
• > Supported and advised on successful transactions in both consumer and industrial sectors
• > Previously Managing Director of an electronics manufacturing business
• > Founder-Director of a marketing agency
• > 7 years as an operational management consultant

In addition to his role of Managing Director UK, Francis will lead the European SEMPORA CDD and M&A market intelligence advisory team.
